I have uPnP off. The Foscam Interface says DDNS succeed, however I have no access using an external broadband. I also have checked if the port was open with the Dynamic IP address at the time but it is closed. I have set up a number of Foscam cameras using Huawei routers so am fairly proficient with it.

Three have changed the IP addressing for some users so that previously working IP cameras no longer work on three's network unless the user spots whats going on and specifically asks for a Public IP address. Thank you both for the prompt response. The router is an E5220.
The APN is 3internet. I set up a camera on this router before but the last camera got damaged mid last year. The last camera, a foscam also, worked without any issues. I now cannot get an open port on the router. I have tried two digit, four digit and five digit ports but to no avail. I am doing it as a favour for a fellow farmer.
